Just 5 minutes stroll from a friendly riverside pub, public mooring and slipway, this newly refurbished house has upside down living to make the most of the views is approached by a flight of steps from your private parking space.

There is a good selection of friendly pubs, eateries, galleries and individual shops in the town. The beach is a 3 minute walk and the coastal path (and coastal bus service) can be accessed directly from the golf course. 

The club facilities, including the bar and Sea-glass restaurant are available for guests to enjoy. Guests are also eligible for discount should they wish to play golf (see Julian in the Golf Club). In addition, on production of their booking documents guests can drive their car onto Newport Traeth Mawr beach (situated directly below the Golf Club) free of charge.

Traeth Mawr - the "big beach" is a 20 minute walk away and offers a mile and a half of silver sand with rock pools, dunes, cliffs all backed by the 18 hole links golf course.

This fabulous stone house is just a few minutes' walk from a fishmonger, butcher, baker, deli, general store and a selection of welcoming pubs and eateries serving excellent food.

There are two lovely beaches; Traeth Mawr (big beach) with a long stretch of silver sand for walks, good bathing water, rock pools and caves and Parrog beach which is smaller and very pretty with colourful cottages and bobbing boats.

It's a great spot for crabbing and at low tide the brave can wade across the estuary to the big beach.

Newport also has a fabulous selection of eateries to suit every palate and purse and a good selection of individual local shops including galleries, butcher, fishmonger, chemist, newsagent, wholefood shop and a local producer's street market on a Monday.

The 186 mile long Pembrokeshire coastal path can be joined at Newport.
